Up on the roof

Since 2012, Ravish has been incorporating produce from its own rooftop garden into chef Kelly Daly's seasonal cuisine.

 

Set up with guidance and assistance from Seattle Urban Farm Co., the garden provides just-plucked garden goods for drinks & dishes & fresh herbs for building residents as well.
