Proprietors
Lisbet & Ron Mielke

Lisbet & Ron have deep roots in Eastlake, and bring their expertise from long experience on the Seattle food scene: Their sister business, Ravishing Radish Catering, has for almost 2 decades been a Seattle favorite when it's time to throw a delicious and beautifully presented party. Ravish is a way for Ron & Lisbet to extend their love of food, people, and presentations to more people in a different way.

Kelly Daly

Kelly entered culinary school straight out of high school, and has been obsessed with flavors and presentations since. She loves the idea of Ravish’s shared plates: food that encourages conviviality. Current enthusiasms are "anything Thai — curries, chilies, and lemongrass. And lamb. And good dips! I could browse on dips alone and be happy!"

One day she'll fulfill her dream of having a bee farm and making honeys and a variety of artisanal bee products, but for now she's thrilled to be at the helm of the Ravish kitchen.

General Manager
Nick Laporta

Nick specializes in making our guests feel warm and welcome. He loves the social energy of a lively room, talking to people, and knows how to make just the right food and drink recommendation. Previously, he managed an Eastern European restaurant in California, where he built his extensive knowledge of drinks and a particular affinity for Czech libations (Becherovka, anyone?)

Luke McKinley

Luke’s culinary background and interest in sourcing intriguing liquors and spirits from local distilleries is behind the popularity of the Ravish cocktail menu; time spent in Italy gave him a fondness for Italian amari, infused syrups, and seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Luke will be more than happy to shake or stir an inventive cocktail to suit your individual palette. But above all, whatever your drink of choice, Luke’s hospitality will make your Ravish experience memorable. 

Ravish is available for private events on Sundays & Mondays, as well as between 2 & 5 PM for corporate meetings.
